Rob Becker, President/CEO

My name is Rob Becker and I am the President/CEO of Summit Home Care. I received my ADN from Belmont College in 2012, my BSN from West Liberty University in 2014, and obtained my MBA from Western Governors University in 2017. I started with this company in 2013 as an RN Case Manager. Through hard work and dedication to our company mission, I climbed to new heights within the organization. I have held the following roles: Clinical Director, Director of Operations, and Chief Operating Officer. In the Fall of 2019, I was promoted to President and CEO. It is my privilege, and greatest honor, to be a part of this outstanding team.

Don Radlinski, Director of Operations

My  name is Don Radlinski and I'm the Director of Operations. I have been a clinician for many years, graduating from The Ohio State University in 1994 with a bachelor's degree of science in physical therapy. Later in life, with three kids and a private practice, I went back to school to obtain my doctorate degree. Those were busy years, but a great opportunity to learn how to juggle life. Most of my career has been in management with a focus on operations and compliance. I have worked for hospitals, rehab corporations, and co-owned a physical therapy company. I love the innovation and fast pace here at Summit!

Aaron Albrecht, Clinical Director

My name is Aaron Albrecht and I'm the Clinical Director here at Summit Home Care. I started as a PTA in the SNF world in 2009. In 2012, I decided to go back to school to become an OT, where I attended the Findlay University. I decided to change the direction of my career and joined Summit Home Care as a Rehab Coordinator for the AL/IL division in 2017. It has been an amazing experience to see the growth of a great company, and work alongside such high caliber people. I transitioned from the Rehab Coordinator position to Clinical Manager in 2020. I am learning every day and enjoy learning new things. I'm excited to see what the future holds for us!

Dan McCardle, Chief Financial Officer

My name is Dan McCardle. I am the Chief Financial Officer at Summit Home Care. I was hired in June 2018 as the Controller, and I was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in June of 2019. I have a BSBA in Accounting from The Ohio State University and I have been a Certified Public Accountant since 1995. I have more than 30 years of experience working as a Controller for various mid-size businesses here in the Columbus area. I served three consecutive terms as the Fiscal Officer of Prairie Township, Franklin County Ohio (April 2008 – March 2020), as well as volunteered my time as the Treasurer of Northwest Special Olympics in Hilliard and COFEAT (Central Ohio Families for Effective Autism Treatment) in Columbus. I am a veteran of the United States ARMY. I am blessed with a wonderful family which includes my wife of 30 years, Cindy and two adult sons, Eric and Adam. I am excited about the work we are doing here at Summit Home Care as we continue to grow to accommodate the home health needs of our community!

Kristina Brannon, Director of Human Resources

My name is Kristina Brannon and I am the Human Resources Director. I have a Bachelors of Arts in Education. I came to Summit in 2017 after seven years as a Director at an early childhood education center. From this experience, I found my true calling in Human Resources. In 2019, I won Columbus CEO Magazine’s “HR Excellence: Future Leader” award (one of the biggest honors of my life!). HR is my passion! I enjoy connecting with a large range of people each day I come to work. I feel proud to help offer support to our staff so that they feel successful and secure in their positions. I also manage our recruitment process across the state of Ohio and into Indiana. Bringing qualified and dedicated new hires onto our team gives me a sense of purpose. Teamwork, dedication, and truly caring about our mission is what makes Summit a special place to work. I am proud to be apart of this amazing team!

Kim Bowyer, Hospice Administrator

My name is Kim Bowyer and I am the Hospice Administrator. I joined Summit in January of 2020. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Bowling Green State University and my experience in healthcare spans over 30 years. I have extensive experience in hospital systems, private physician practice and all areas of home and community-based services. I believe that to work in hospice is a calling that is like no other. It is a heavy responsibility to be trusted with the respectful and dignified care of someone in the last phase of their life, but it is a gift that is like no other as well.
